Table Tennis Group:12 weeks of table tennis training, 3 times a week, 120 minutes each time, with progressive training guided by professional coaches (grip, footwork, forehand and backhand shots, spin
Intensity: Heart rate maintained at (220-age) ×60-70%
Control Group:Maintain habitual lifestyle
No structured exercise programs allowed

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 55-65 years old; 2. Be in good health (no history of cardiovascular disease, nervous system disease, bone and joint disease); 3. Irregular exercise habits in the past 2 years (exercise <=1 time per week); 4. No experience in table tennis; 5. Voluntarily participate and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Combined with serious medical diseases (hypertension, diabetes, abnormal liver and kidney function); 2. Orthopedic/joint surgery within 3 months; 3. Presence of balance dysfunction (such as Meniere's disease, vestibular neuritis); 4. Planned long-term absences (>=2 weeks) during the study period.
