22 Years to 68 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Aged 22-68 years, ASA grade I-II; 2. Imaging-confirmed CE1/CE3a hepatic cystic echinococcosis (WHO-IWGE classification); 3. Child-Pugh grade A, ICGR15 <10%.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Allergy to esketamine or any trial-related drugs; 2. Severe cardiac, pulmonary, or renal dysfunction (e.g., NYHA Class III-IV heart failure, FEV1 180/110 mmHg); 4. History of psychiatric disorders or long-term use of psychotropic medications; 5. Pregnant or lactating women; 6. Emergency surgery; 7. Preoperative ALT/AST >2× upper limit of normal (ULN); 8. Participation in other drug clinical trials within the past 1 month.
