18 Years to 40 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 Age between 18 and 40 years old. 2 CBCT imaging shows mesioangular and horizontal bony impaction of the mandibular third molars. M 3eet the indications for extraction of impacted wisdom teeth.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Systemic diseases affecting extraction surgery and immune system defects 2 Use of antibiotics or corticosteroids within three months before tooth extraction 3 Caries, periapical lesions, or cystic lesions in the mandibular third molar 4 Previous radiation therapy to the mandible or use of bisphosphonates, anti - angiogenic drugs
