Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age: 20-80 years old, gender not limited; 2. The case group consisted of patients diagnosed as AEGJ by endoscopic examination and pathological diagnosis, and the classification was Siewert II; 3. Patients in the case group met the absolute and expanded indications for ESD treatment; 4.Thirty patients with positive HP and thirty patients with negative HP were included. The judgment criterion was the C13 breath test; 5. Sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The initial diagnosis data are incomplete; 2. Patients with a history of upper gastrointestinal surgery or who have received anti-tumor treatment; 3. Those who have received immunosuppressant or antibiotic treatment for more than 4 weeks within the last 6 months; 4. Recent history of oral infections, inflammation, pustules, ulcers, benign/malignant masses, periodontal disease and other oral diseases; 5. Those who have lost more than 8 teeth due to various reasons; 6. Concurrent coronary heart disease, hyperlipidemia, and severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases; 7. Concurrent complex esophageal diseases or autoimmune diseases; 8. It is difficult to complete the follow-up or there are other factors that affect compliance.
