Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Inclusion Criteria for the PAF Group (1) Patients who meet the diagnostic criteria for paroxysmal atrial fibrillation (PAF). (2) Routin eroutine 12-lead electrocardiogram (ECG) shows sinus rhythm. (3) Age between 20 and 80 years, regardless of gender. (4) Informed consent is obtained, and the patient volunteers to participate. The process of obtaining informed consent must comply with Good Clinical Practice (GCP) regulations. 2. Inclusion Criteria for the Control Group Healthy individuals from our hospital's health check-up cohort during the same period, matched by gender and age with the PAF group.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Coronary heart disease. (2)Concomitant valvular heart disease, congenital heart disease, cardiomyopathy, heart failure, etc. (3) Hypertension. (4) Diabetes mellitus. (5) Wolff-Parkinson-White syndrome (pre-excitation syndrome). (6) Recent history of cardiac surgery or radiofrequency ablation for atrial fibrillation. (7)Presence of a cardiac pacemaker. (8)Concomitant organ failure or malignant tumors. (9) Poor compliance, inability to cooperate with follow-up. (10) Current participation in other drug clinical trials.
