Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >= 18 years old; 2. Tracheal intubation or tracheostomy for mechanical ventilation due to medical condition; 3. Invasive mechanical ventilation for >= 24 hours; 4. Family members agree to participate in this study and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. History of eye diseases (such as cataracts, glaucoma, etc.), eye surgery, head and face trauma, facial nerve paralysis; 2. History of regular use of eye medications.
