Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1)Diagnosis of T2DM meeting the ??2024 American Diabetes Association (ADA) Standards of Medical Care??; (2)Receiving ??insulin therapy?? with a treatment duration ??>=1 year??; (3)Aged ??between 18 and 80 years??; (4)Diabetes duration ??>=5 years??; ??(5)Gold score>=4?? and ??Clarke score >=4?? (indicating impaired hypoglycemia awareness); ??(6)Voluntarily participated and provided written informed consent??.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ??(1) Having received prior mindfulness-based interventions; (2)Diagnosis of cognitive impairment, psychiatric disorders, or severe somatic comorbidities; (3)Current use of psychotropic medications; (4)Pregnancy, lactation, or women of childbearing age without reliable contraceptive measures.
