Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Meets WHO stroke diagnostic criteria, confirmed by CT or MRI. 2.Post-stroke duration >= 1 month and = 18, capable of understanding and cooperating with assessments. 6.No severe visual or auditory impairment that would affect testing. 7.Vital signs stable (blood pressure and heart rate within normal limits). 8.No acute infection, uncontrolled arrhythmia, or heart failure.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Severe musculoskeletal disorders (e.g., rheumatoid arthritis, post-knee-replacement surgery). 2.Peripheral neuropathies (e.g., diabetic foot, Guillain-Barré syndrome). 3.History of previous stroke or other neurological diseases (e.g., Parkinson’s disease, spinal cord injury). 4.Foot ulcers, edema, or pain that would compromise standing tests.
