Interventions

DLPFC iTBS treatment group:The pulse frequency was 80 % of the resting motion threshold of each subject. Receive iTBS ( 1800 pulses / time, 10 times ).
mPFC cTBS treatment group:The pulse frequency was 110 % of the resting motion threshold of each subject. Accept cTBS ( 1800 pulses / time, 10 times ).
DLPFC iTBS+mPFC cTBS treatment group:Receive iTBS and cTBS combination ( iTBS-900 + cTBS-900 pulse / time, 10 times
randomly assign starting order from iTBS or cTBS ).

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Meet ICD-11 diagnostic criteria for alcohol dependence; 2.Male, aged 25 to 45 years, Han nationality, right-handed; 3. Literate in Chinese characters and able to cooperate with the completion of the test; 4.Clinical institute withdrawal assessment - advanced recognised (CIWA-AR) score < 7 points; 5. Fully understand the therapeutic effect of transcranial magnetic therapy and the possible adverse reactions during the treatment; 6. Obtain informed consent from the patient and guardian, and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Have severe physical illness or cognitive impairment (e.g., history of head trauma, cerebrovascular disease, epilepsy, etc.), cardiac/intracranial metal implant; 2.Have or have had other mental illness (other than tobacco addiction); 3.Taking medications that affect cognitive function in the past 10 days; 4.The presence of other absolute contraindications to transcranial magnetic stimulation therapy; 5.Poor treatment adherence.
