Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age over 18 years; 2.Arthroscopically confirmed pathology of the long head of biceps tendon (e.g., tendon inflammation, tears, SLAP lesions) requiring further intervention; 3.Signed informed consent;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Bilateral shoulder surgery performed simultaneously; 2.Previous surgical history on the affected shoulder; 3.Concomitant shoulder fractures or dislocations; 4.Shoulder joint infections or osteoarthritis; 5.Intellectual disability or other conditions limiting behavioral capacity;
