Pulmonary atelectasis

Interventions

High FiO2 Group:Application of high levels of FiO2 during awakening from anaesthesia (FiO2 >= 80% in patients in the high inhaled oxygen group)
Low FiO2 Group:Application of low FiO2 concentration during anaesthesia awakening (FiO2 <=40% for patients in the low inhaled oxygen concentration group)

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age>=18 years 2. ASA classification: 1-3 grades 3. Elective abdominal surgery, the planned duration of the operation is > 1 hour 4. Immediate removal of the endotracheal tube is planned after surgery 5. ARISCAT score >=26 points (intermediate- and high-risk patients) 6. Sign the informed consent form

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Previous lung surgery 2. Pneumothorax, ARDS in the past 3 months 3. Moderate-severe impairment of preoperative lung function 4. Combined with pulmonary diseases, such as subpleural bullae (diameter >2cm), interstitial lung disease, severe COPD 5. Combined neuro-muscular related diseases 6. Body mass index > 35 kg/m^2
