Acute Herpes Zoster Neuralgia, AHZN

Interventions

Observation group (Dex group):Subjects in the DEX group received dexmedetomidine nasal spray in a sitting position at 9 p.m. and 30 minutes before operation, respectively
Control group (NS group):Subjects in the NS group received normal saline nasal spray administration in a sitting position at 9 p.m. and 30 minutes before operation

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 50-59 years old; 2. Confirmed diagnosis of AHN (course of illness =7 points; 5. DRG-PRF treatment is planned.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with bradycardia; 2. History of a2 receptor antagonist use; 3. Nasal anatomical abnormalities; 4. Mental illness; 5. Patients with severe coagulation dysfunction and cardiopulmonary insufficiency; 6. Patients with malignant tumors and cachexia; 7. Infection at the puncture site; 8. Pregnant and lactating patients.
