Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.All the patients met the diagnostic criteria for diabetes as set by the World Health Organization Diabetes Expert Committee and the Diabetes Committee of the Chinese Medical Association. 2.Ischemic diabetic foot with ulcers (Wagner grades 1 to 4); 3.Lower extremity arteriosclerosis obliterans (Rutherford classification grade 3 or above, TASC II A-C grade); 4.Patients aged between 18 and 75 years old, with independent behavioral capacity, regardless of gender.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients under the age of 18, or over the age of 80; 2.Women who are breastfeeding or pregnant; 3.Patients with acute diabetic complications such as diabetic ketoacidosis and non-ketotic hyperosmolar coma; 4.Those with organ failure such as heart, liver, lung and kidney dysfunction; 5.For those who are allergic to the relevant drugs;
