Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Confirmed diagnosis of primary lung cancer by histopathology or cytology; 2. Age>=18 years old and expected survival > 1 year; 3. Patients in the chemotherapy period, and the chemotherapy regimen is more than 6 courses; 4. The score of the Simplified Scale of Fear Disease Progression >=34 points; 5. Have not received mindfulness training and have no understanding of mindfulness therapy; 6. Have smart phones and network access conditions, and be able to use WeChat proficiently. 7. Those who are conscious, informed about the diagnosis, have independent communication skills, and are willing to cooperate with the completion of the study and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe mental disorder or cognitive impairment; 2. Patients with severe adverse drug reactions, terminal disease or other serious physical diseases that require treatment; 3. Those who have received other psychological interventions or clinical trials within one year.
