18 Years to 80 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Eligible age is 18-80 years old; 2. Estimated length of hospital stay>=7 days; 3. Predicted mechanical ventilation >=48 hours; 4. Hemodynamic stability, mean arterial pressure >=65mmHg; 5. The patient's family members voluntarily signed the informed consent form for this study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with traumatic injuries or contraindications to B ultrasound in the chest and abdomen; 2. Those who have a large number of pneumothorax that have not been treated; 3. There are other contraindications to rehabilitation treatment.
