80 Years to No maximum

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Male patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia aged >=80; 2. Prostate volume of 30~120ml; 3. International Prostate Symptom Score (IPSS) greater than or equal to 12 points; 4. Maximum urinary flow rate (Qmax) less than or equal to 10ml/s; 5. Prostate specific antigen (PSA) less than 4ng/mL; 6. The subject is informed and voluntarily signs the "Surgical Consent".

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Taking anti-androgen drugs; 2. Combined with prostate cancer and urinary malignant tumors; 3. Those with a history of prostate and urethral surgery; 4. Dysuria disorders not related to BPH; 5. Patients with severe urethral stricture who are unable to complete surgery; 6. Patients with chronic prostatitis; 7. Combined with acute urinary tract infection, acute prostatitis and other infections.
