18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged between 18 and 80 years; 2. Patients diagnosed with extrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma (ECC) confirmed by pathology or imaging; 3. Patients must have complete preoperative multimodal imaging data, and the image quality must meet the requirements for analysis; 4. Patients must have complete clinical data.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with non-primary ECC or those whose pathology is unclear; 2. Patients with severe comorbidities, including other primary malignancies, severe heart, lung, or kidney dysfunction, or uncontrolled autoimmune diseases; 3. Patients with incomplete imaging data or images that do not meet the analysis requirements (e.g., severe artifacts, low resolution); 4. Patients with significant missing data that could affect the analysis.
