18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age range: 18-65 years old; 2. Patients with delayed healing of long bone fractures (femur, tibia, humerus) after internal fixation surgery (>= 4 months); 3.Follow up for at least 12 months and complete data.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Postoperative infection or chronic osteomyelitis 2. Open fractures 3. Malignant tumors 4. Coagulation dysfunction 5. Pathological fractures
