Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Population with prolonged menopause: (1) Women over the age of 53 who have experienced menopause;(2) None Suffering from major diseases affecting menopause, such as diabetes, reproductive system diseases, etc;(3) No long-term use of estrogen drugs;(4) No significant ovarian tissue related studies have been conducted Surgery, such as oophorectomy. 2. Normal control population: (1) Women with menopausal age between 45 and 52 years old;(2) Exclude the situation of artificial menopause.
Exclusion criteria
