Observers:Under real-time ultrasound guidance, a right-sided stellate ganglion block was performed 10 minutes prior to anesthesia induction.
control group:Ten minutes prior to anesthesia induction, an equivalent volume of normal saline was injected at the same site using the identical puncture approach and method as the observation group,

18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age 18–75 years, any gender;Body mass index (BMI) 18–28 kg/m^2; American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) physical status classification I–III;No history of severe cardiac disease or chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The contraindications for stellate ganglion block include coagulation dysfunction, infection or trauma history at the puncture site, allergy to local anesthetics, etc.; a history of glucocorticoid or non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug use within the past month; preoperative symptoms such as sore throat, hoarseness, and/or respiratory tract infection within two weeks; severe hepatic or renal dysfunction; and preexisting pulmonary complications such as respiratory failure or pneumonia.
