Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: children under 1 year old who underwent elective surgery in general anesthesia, the ASA grade was I-II

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Children with premature birth 2 Have a respiratory infection within two weeks; 3 Contraindicate the use of sevoflurane and esketamine; 4 Not obtaining informed consent.
