Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with pathologically confirmed gastrointestinal stromal tumor (GIST) receiving targeted drug therapy, including those with unresectable tumors or postoperative recurrence. 2. Patients who voluntarily accepted the treatment regimen. 3. Patients able to adhere to strict follow-up schedules. 4. Patients who understood and were willing to sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with severe hepatic or renal impairment. 2. Patients with severe psychiatric disorders impairing normal communication. 3. Patients undergoing radiotherapy.
