Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Children with cleft palate under the age of 18 are in the early or peak growth and development stage; 2. Class III skeletal malformation of the maxillofacial region, with insufficient maxillary development; 3. No abnormalities in other systemic organs throughout the body; 4. The patient's guardian agrees to the patient's participation in this clinical study, voluntarily signs an informed consent form, and agrees to participate in all visits, examinations, and treatments as required by the research protocol.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. After observation and diagnosis by a specialist physician, the patient was found to have other abnormalities in the craniofacial, limb, spine, and other parts of the body, including congenital heart malformations, urinary and reproductive system abnormalities, and central nervous system abnormalities. Attention should be paid to distinguishing between simple cleft palate and syndrome type cleft palate. This study excluded patients with syndrome type cleft lip and palate; 2. The patient has underdeveloped upper jaw or is not in the early or peak stage of growth and development; 3. The patient cannot tolerate treatment; 4. The patient's guardian does not agree to receive treatment.
