18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients diagnosed with cerebral infarction, the diagnostic criteria meet the "Chinese Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Acute Ischemic Stroke 2023 Edition" and the NIHSS score is <=5; 2. Age 18-80 years old; 3. Computed tomography or magnetic resonance imaging at the time of admission; 4. Start treatment within 4.5 hours of the onset of stroke symptoms.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Interventional treatment for this cerebral infarction; 2. Baseline mRS score > 2 points; 3. Previous history of intracerebral hemorrhage or clear indication for anticoagulation; 4. No follow-up results.
