Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.For myopic children aged 8-14 years, the spherical equivalent refraction (SER) was used as the classification index, that is, the spherical equivalent power was 1/2 cylindrical power; * Simple myopia, with normal best-corrected visual acuity; *The difference between the diopter spherical lens is <1.50D, the cylindrical lens is <1.00D, and the cylindrical lens is < 1.50D. *Non-high myopia) SER: -0.50D~-6.00D (including -0.50D); 2. The guardian understands and accepts the intervention behavior of the experiment
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Eye injury, swelling or bleeding; 2. Patients with ocular organic diseases or other eye diseases, such as cataract, glaucoma, retinal detachment, retinal dystrophy, etc.; 3. Those with a history of eye trauma and ophthalmic surgery; 4. Have a history of preterm birth, diabetes, cardiovascular disease, or other systemic diseases that affect microvascular blood flow; 5. Suffering from mental illness; 6. Receiving orthokeratology lenses, multifocal soft contact lenses, low-concentration atropine and other means of myopia control; 7. Those who suffer from skin diseases or skin allergies; 8. Those who are allergic to hyperthermia; 9. Poor compliance
