Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Preterm infants with gestational age <32 weeks and birth weight <1,500 g; Continuous parenteral nutrition for 7 days postnatally

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Congenital malformations or chromosomal abnormalities; Extrahepatic bile duct dysplasia, intrahepatic bile duct disease, hereditary metabolic disease, etc.; Severe infection; Other systemic complications such as intracranial bleeding, etc.; incomplete information; The child dies or the family asks to forgo treatment.
