Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.An evidence-based diagnosis that meets the diagnostic classification and diagnostic criteria for depressive episodes in the International Classification of Mental Disorders, 10th Edition (ICD10); 2.Have no less than 9 years of education, and be able to understand and complete scales and cognitive tests. 3.Tolerant to the proposed treatment modality and medication for this study; 4.Informed consent signed by the patient or his/her legal guardian; 5.20-50 years old, regardless of gender.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Mental disorders associated with other psychotic disorders or significant physical illnesses; 2.Serious physical illnesses of the liver, kidneys, lungs, brain, etc. 3.Missing or incomplete basic information, data on various rating scales.
