18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Kidney transplantation group: 1. >= 18 years; 2. Post renal transplant patients; 3. Reciving routine BKV or JCV monitoring (qPCR) after surgery; 4. Complete clinical information is available, including surgical records, medication information, and laboratory tests. Healthy control group: 1. No history of renal transplantation and no risk factors for BKV and JCV infection. 2. >= 18 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with concurrent other serious viral infections (e.g., EBV, CMV active infection) that interfere with judgment; 2. History of other organ transplants; 3. Severe comorbidities (chronic diseases, malignant tumors).
