18 Years to 47 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Women aged 18–47 seeking reproductive services at the hospital; 2) In the early follicular phase on the day of the visit, particularly days 2–4 of the menstrual cycle; 3) No prior diagnosis of PCOS or DOR; 4) Blood tests on the day of the visit include measurement of FSH and LH hormone levels; 5) Legally competent to understand this study and sign an informed consent form; 6) Willing to complete a questionnaire and voluntarily undergo urine testing using the target trial’s urine test kit;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Pregnant or breastfeeding women; 2) Women with metabolic or endocrine disorders; 3) Women with a history of ovarian surgery; 4) Women with a history of ovarian, fallopian tube, or uterine abnormalities or lesions; 5) Postmenopausal women; 6) Women who have used combined oral contraceptives (COC) within the past three months prior to enrollment; 7) Patients who, for various reasons, do not wish to participate in this study; 8) Women seeking reproductive services at this hospital due to reasons unrelated to endocrine disorders, such as male sperm quality issues or tubal blockage.
