Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Allergic rhinitis group: 1) Ages 18-65, gender not limited; 2) Diagnosis based on the Chinese Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment Allergic Rhinitis (2022 Revision) : having typical allergic nasal symptoms, positive prick test or sIgE positive; 3) Participate after signing the informed consent. AR with chronic cough group: 1) Ages 18-65, gender not restricted; 2) Chronic cough (cough duration >8 weeks), with typicalal allergic symptoms, positive skin prick test or sIgE positive; 3) Participate after signing the informed consent. Healthy control group: 1) Ages 18-65, gender not limited; 2) No typical allergic symptoms, negative skin prick test, negative sIgE 3) Participate after signing the consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) History of other types of chronic respiratory diseases such as asthma, COPD, interstitial pneumonia, etc., which have been diagnosed;2) Comorbidity of severe diseases in other systems (such as cardiovascular, metabolic, immune, nervous, urological, and hematological systems) that affect the normal of this study; 3) History of nasal tumors, nasal trauma, obvious deviation of the nasal septum, and already diagnosed sinusitis; 4)ating in other drug clinical trial projects; 5) Those who cannot cooperate with relevant examinations or other reasons for non-cooperation.
