Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with knee or hip joint 2. 50 years old< = age< = 80 years 3. The anesthesia method is neuraxial anesthesia 4. American Society of Anesthesiologists Grading I~I I I
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Refusal to sign informed consent 2. Patients who are unable to cooperate with neuraxial anesthesia, such as suffering from cognitive impairment and mental illness; 3. Contraindications to neuraxial anesthesia (such as patients with severe heart, liver, kidney and other important organ dysfunction; History of anesthetic allergy; local infection at the puncture site, etc.; ) 4. History of previous lumbar spine surgery
