the narrative video intervention group :Participants will watch a narrative video prior to the procedure, which features real stories and emotional experiences of previous renal biopsy patients.

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age: Adults between 18 and 65 years old. 2. Gender: Male or female. 3. Clinical diagnosis: Patients who are diagnosed as requiring renal puncture surgery, have surgical indications, and can cooperate with preoperative preparations. 4. Comorbidities: No serious comorbidities (such as uncontrolled heart disease, severe liver dysfunction, etc.) to ensure the safety of subjects during the study. 5. Informed Consent: Voluntarily signed informed consent, understanding and willing to comply with the study regulations.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe psychiatric illness or cognitive impairment: Patients who are unable to understand or cooperate with the requirements of the study. 2. Pregnant or lactating females: These populations will be excluded due to possible risks. 3. Other study participation: Patients who have participated in other clinical trials within the past 3 months. 4. Patients who are unwilling or unable to complete the entire study process: including patients who are unwilling to follow up or complete the required questionnaires. 5. Patients with visual impairment: unable to watch videos.
