65 Years to 90 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Elderly patients undergoing elective surgery from July 2025 to December 2025; 2. Gender is not limited; 3. Age>=65 years; 4.BMI 14~36 kg/m^2; 5. ASAII. or Class III; 6. No antibiotics within 1 week.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Physical dysfunction (speech, hearing, visual impairment) before admission; 2. Patients with severe neuropsychiatric diseases (hysteria, dementia) and head injury; 3. Severe liver and kidney diseases; 4. Long-term use of steroid hormones (including oral, intramuscular or intravenous injection) and probiotics and other microecological preparations.
