Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Age range from 18 to 60 years old, regardless of gender; (2) Conform to the diagnostic criteria of Melasma, the face must have light brown to dark brown patches with clear boundaries, no inflammatory manifestations and scales, and exclude pigmentation caused by other diseases, which can be combined with other features; (3) It was diagnosed as epidermal, dermal or mixed Melasma by Wood lamp; (4) Fitzpatrick skin classification 3/4; (5) Those who can persist in completing treatment and have not used other methods of treatment during the follow-up period; (6) The participants voluntarily participate and need to sign an informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Pregnant and lactating women; (2) Severe heart, liver, and kidney dysfunction; (3) Used other freckle removing products and drugs, chemical exfoliation, laser and other treatment methods within 1 month; (4) Have taken isotretinoic acid or oral contraceptives within one month; (5) Facial maceration, ulceration, erosion, recurrent herpes infection; (6) Acne vulgaris or active facial dermatitis, sensitive skin; (7) Have a history of hypertrophic scar or Keloid; (8) Unable to persist in treatment and avoid excessive exposure to sunlight; (9) Mental disorders or severe systemic diseases.
