Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 18~65 years old; 2. Preoperative puncture pathology confirmed thyroid cancer, and the first non-inflatable transaxillary laparoscopic thyroid cancer surgery was performed; 3. No other organic lesions of the shoulder and neck (cervical spondylosis, frozen shoulder, rotator cuff injury, tendonitis, etc.); 4. Barrier-free communication, will use smart phones to communicate on WeChat; 5. No history of mental illness; 6. Patients voluntarily participate in this study and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Have rheumatic diseases; 2. History of shoulder and neck trauma and breast cancer surgery; 3. Receiving other treatments: local massage or acupuncture treatment, including some physical factor therapy, biofeedback therapy and muscle resistance training; 4. Long-term oral non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, smearing or spraying of analgesics.
