Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: The case group strictly includes patients diagnosed with Sjögren's syndrome (SS) according to the 2016 ACR/EULAR classification criteria. Eligible SS patients must meet at least one of the two objective criteria with a score of 3: focal lymphocytic sialadenitis of the labial gland with a focus score >=1 focus/4 mm², or positive serum anti-SSA antibodies. The control group consists of non-pSS individuals who underwent autoimmune disease screening during the same period.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. According to the 2016 ACR/EULAR SS classification criteria: patients with the following diseases should be excluded because they may have overlapping clinical manifestations or interfere with the results of diagnostic tests: history of radiotherapy to the head and neck; Active hepatitis C virus infection; AIDS; sarcoidosis; Amyloidosis; graft-versus-host disease; IgG4-related disease. 2. Patients whose examination indicators are incomplete and cannot make a final diagnosis. 3. Patients with missing key data, such as patients who are involved in key data related to model building.
