Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. > 6 months, < = 3 years old 2. Cardiac ultrasound examination (excludes serious heart diseases such as tetralogy of Fallot, single ventricle, transposition of the great arteries, etc.)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Autism 2. Study drug allergies 3. Organ dysfunction 4. Severe acute upper respiratory tract inflammation 5. Severe arrhythmias 6. Severe congenital heart disease 7. Have used sedatives within a week
