Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.ASA grade I-II ;2.obese patients (BMI>= 30kg/m^2) ;3. need and voluntarily accept spinal block anesthesia; 4.Age >= 18 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. ASA grade III or above; 2. BMI <=30kg/m^2; 3. patients refused to undergo spinal puncture; 4. local skin sensation at the puncture site; 5. sepsis or bacteremia; 6. coagulation dysfunction; 7. intracranial hypertension; 8.severe hypovolemia; 9. mental disorder unable to cooperate.
