Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. clinical diagnosis of high myopia : spherical equivalent 26mm; 2.age >=18 years old

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with glaucoma, neuroretinitis optica, posterior uveitis and other ocular diseases that can cause fundus changes; 2. Patients with obvious opacity of refractive medium and difficulty in fundus examination; 3. Patients with systemic diseases such as diabetes, hypertension, leukemia and corresponding fundus changes; 4. Patients with other factors that interfere with the results of the project; 5. The following vulnerable groups: people with mental illness, critically ill patients, pregnant women, illiterate, cognitively impaired, students of PI or researchers, subordinates of PI or co-investigators, employees of research units or sponsors.
