Test group:Popliteal sciatic nerve block using liposomal bupivacaine (1.33 mg/ml, 20 ml)
Control group:Popliteal sciatic nerve block using ropivacaine (1.25 mg/ml, 20 ml)

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >= 18 years; 2. ASAI-III Level; 3. Patients who are to undergo unilateral foot and ankle surgery under general anesthesia; 4. Agree to participate in the study and sign the informed consent form; 5. No serious cardiac, hepatic or renal impairment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. medial ankle surgery; 2. History of neurological disorders, inability to perceive pain or to score pain; 3. Pregnant or nursing women; 4. Presence of mental illness or other conditions affecting research assessment; 5. Allergic to local anesthetics; 6. Recent exposure to similar clinical studies or participation in other experimental drug studies.
