Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. PTK patients with progressive pain or deformity, worsening neurological deficits, and sagittal plane imbalance treated with anterior vertebral displacement reconstruction technique and SRS Schwab grade 4 osteotomy; 2. Patients who agree to participate in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who refuse to participate in this study; 2. Patients with incomplete clinical data or lost to follow-up.
