18 Years to 70 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet diagnostic criteria for End-Stage Renal Disease (ESRD); 2. Be alert and oriented, possess reading/communication abilities, and be capable of completing questionnaires; 3. Aged 18–70 years (inclusive); 4. Receive hemodialysis thrice weekly with >3 months of maintenance hemodialysis (MHD) treatment; 5. Score >=11 points on the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI); 6. Voluntarily participate in the study and provide signed informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Inability to perform basic activities of daily living (ADLs); presence of severe comorbidities (e.g., heart failure, severe infections, malignant tumors); 2. Diagnosed with organic sleep disorders or currently undergoing sleep-related therapies/taking sleep medications; 3. Participation in any muscle-, breathing-, or psychology-based relaxation therapies/activities within the past 1 month; 4. Significant psychological distress from major familial/personal events within the past 1 month.
