Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Laboratory conformed diquat in plasma and/or urine samples.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with concurrent exposure to other toxins such as PQ; 2.Patients with life-threatening conditions, including cardiopulmonary failure, sepsis, chronic kidney or liver disease that may directly influence mortality; 3.Patients with diabetes, advanced malignancy, and those undergoing immunosuppressive therapy who might suffer from underlying immune dysfunction; 4.Patients with traumatic brain injury within the past 3 months or other primary central nervous system (CNS) diseases; 5.Pregnant female patients; 6.Patients under the age of 14 years; 7.Patients lacking comprehensive medical history records like clinical symptoms, laboratory and imaging results, and treatment data prior to admission to our hospital; 8.Patients exposed to DQ for longer than 72 hours prior to presentation at our hospital and; 9.Patients who refused to accept treatment in our hospital.
