Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1 Patients diagnosed with septic shock according to Sepsis-3 criteria 2 Age >= 18 years old. 3 first admission and expected ICU stay more than 3 days; 4 voluntarily participated in this study and signed the informed consent. If the subjects were unable to read and sign the informed consent form due to incapacity or other reasons, their guardians were required to act for them during the informed consent process and sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1 Patients who are pregnant or breastfeeding. 2 patients who did not undergo chest CT examination on the first day of admission; 3 Alzheimer's disease or previous cognitive impairment, long-term bedridden life can not take care of themselves, etc 4 The subjects withdrew from the study.
