Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.It conforms to the diagnostic criteria for type 2 diabetes formulated by the World Health Organization in 1999 and the diagnostic criteria for DPN in the 'Guidelines for the Prevention and Treatment of Type 2 Diabetes in China (2020 Edition)'; 2.There is limb pain, hyperalgesia or abnormal contact pain, and the pain lasts for more than 3 months, with poor effect of combined treatment with multiple drugs; 3.The Visual Analogue Scale (VAS) score for pain ranged from 4 to 9 points; 4.Aged between 18 and 70 years old, right-handed, with stable condition and able to cooperate with treatment; 5.The patient was aware of this study and signed the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Type 1 diabetes or other special types of diabetes; 2.Combined with acute complications of diabetes; 3.Combined with functional disorders of important organs such as the heart, lungs, liver and kidneys, mental disorders or cognitive dysfunction; 4.A history of central nervous system diseases such as stroke, brain trauma, and spinal cord lesions in the past; 5.A history of drug abuse or alcoholism; 6.There are contraindications for rTMS treatment such as metal implants, nerve stimulators in the body, or a history of epilepsy, severe headache or migraine; 7.Pregnant women or lactating women; 8.Neuropathy caused by other etiologies, such as cervical and lumbar spondylosis, Guillain-Barre syndrome; 9.There are hearing, vision or speech impairments that prevent cooperation with treatment.
