Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. The diagnostic years for cases in our hospital range from 2015 to 2023, while those in the SEER database span from 2000 to 2020. 2. Age at diagnosis: 15–85 years; 3. Primary site restricted to the pancreas according to ICD-O-3 codes (C25.0–C25.2), with: - C25.0: Tumors of the pancreatic head, - C25.1: Tumors of the pancreatic body, - C25.2: Tumors of the pancreatic tail; 4. Non-functioning pancreatic neuroendocrine tumors (NF-PNETs) confirmed by histopathological or cytopathological examination.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Age 85 years; 2. Patients with incomplete clinical baseline data (e.g., age, gender), ambiguous pathological information (e.g., tumor site, grade, stage), or missing follow-up data (e.g., survival time, vital status); 3. Patients concurrently diagnosed with other malignancies (excluding non-functional pancreatic neuroendocrine neoplasms, NF-pNENs) at the time of tumor confirmation.
