65 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) physical status II or III; 2. aged between 65 and 80 years, 3. diagnosed with primary trigeminal neuralgia, and not taking any medications that affect the function of the autonomic nervous system.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Secondary trigeminal neuralgia; 2. Severe hypertension; 3. Diabetes mellitus; 4. Severe cardiopulmonary dysfunction; 5. Arrhythmia; 6. Patients with pacemakers or other implanted cardiac devices; 7. Participation in other clinical studies; 8. Inability to communicate or cooperate; 9. Refusal to participate.
