Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. At the time of enrollment, the age of the subjects was between 45 and 74 years old; 2. Be willing and able to sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Have a history of malignant tumors in the past; 2. The screening benefits are reduced due to severe diseases, such as severe lung diseases, kidney diseases, liver diseases, cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, and blood diseases, etc. 3. Other situations where doctors assess that endoscopic screening has excessive risks (such as hemodynamic instability) or no benefits (short life expectancy); 4. Pregnant or lactating women; 5. Unable to sign the informed consent form.
