18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Underwent implant surgery assisted by digital technologies; 2. Preoperative and immediate postoperative CBCT scans were performed; 3. Absence of severe bone defects, or presence of only Class 1/4 minor bone defects; 4. Good general health and satisfactory oral hygiene; 5. Adjacent mesial and distal natural teeth were healthy, with no periodontitis.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnancy 2. Uncontrolled systemic diseases 3. Uncontrolled periodontitis 4. Any clinical or radiographic signs of pathological lesions in the jaws 5. Heavy smoking (=10 cigarettes/day) and alcohol abuse 6. General contraindications to implant therapy (e.g., immunodeficiency)
