Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients of either gender, aged 60 years or older, with ASA grade I-III, scheduled for hip/knee arthroplasty, and capable of cooperating to complete the Confusion Assessment Method (CAM) are eligible.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with central nervous system infections, stroke, head trauma, epilepsy, multiple sclerosis or other major neurological disorders, those with psychological disorders (such as depression, delirium, subjective cognitive decline and mild cognitive impairment, etc.), those who have been taking psychotropic drugs, steroids and hormone drugs for a long time, and those who have undergone major surgery recently.
